NATIONAL PENSION SERVICE

OUE Bayfront | 4,000 Sqft

The Singapore branch of Korea’s National Pension Service aims to embody both simplicity and elegance.

Invoking a sense of hospitality as a key pillar in the workspace.

The National Pension Service (NPS) was founded in 1987 to provide Korean Nationals with income security and promote welfare. It is the fourth largest in the world with $300 billion in assets, and is one of the largest investors in the world.

The space was designed to include a reception, meeting facilities, open office, breakout area, utilities space and storage. Approaching the design from a corporate viewpoint, the goal was to create an inviting office for visitors and staff. Warm timber and neutral colours boast a sense of hospitality and focus on well-being of the company.

In addition, a key element to the design criteria was to place the open office and amenities on the outer perimeter of the floor plate to offer natural lighting emanating from windows.
